Be Fit with Tania is a Virtual FITNESS and Dance studio which offers LIVE virtual classes as well as FREE ONDEMAND, specifically focusing on fitness over forty!
Staying active is crucial in our quest to age gracefully! Fitness isn’t just about losing weight, it’s also about bone density, cardiovascular health, musculoskeletal health, good balance, (all of which decline as we age) and mental health.
At Be Fit with Tania, we focus on physical wellbeing, as well as MENTAL WELLBEING!
Staying active virtually with like-minded individuals in the online atmosphere are just as fun and rewarding as being at the gym; relationships are still being created virtually, and if you don’t particularly care for the gym environment, this is the place for you! What is more convenient than working out in the comfort of your own home?
