Restorative Yoga encompasses the element of deep head-to-toe stretch, breathwork and oxygenation, circulation, and restorative practices. Restorative practices are known to calm the nervous system, encourage mindfulness, awareness of the deeper self, body awareness, and acceptance in a safe nurturing space. This class rotates between a full body stretch with blocks, exercise ball, and bolster for deep relaxation/meditation.
