Pilates with Props is a 45-minute Intermediate/Advanced level mat class which incorporates props, such as light hand weights, a yoga block or a Pilates ring to step up your Pilates practice… props are optional! Head-to-toe strengthening, but our main focus is core strength, length, balance, joint mobility, and pelvic floor.
