Restorative Yoga encompasses the element of deep head-to-toe stretch, breathwork and oxygenation, circulation, and restorative practices. Restorative practices are known to calm the nervous system, encourage mindfulness, awareness of the deeper self, body awareness, and acceptance in a safe nurturing space.
Barre is a Ballet inspired workout, however NO dance experience necessary! This class will sculpt the legs, lift the booty, challenge core balance and improve cardiovascular health without the jumping and jarring. Grab a char, use a countertop or a dresser and let's play!
Total Body Sculpt is a weight-lifting class, sculpting the entire body head-to-toe. As we age we lose bone density and muscle mass; lifting weights can help combat these losses. Great for all levels; we work at an easy-to-follow pace.
